Community teaching: teens & adults

  • ESL classes for teens/adults (mostly native Spanish or Chinese speakers)
  • Literacy (English reading and writing) classes for adults
  • Counselling and support (from trained professionals, or experienced mothers) for young teen mothers
  • Business skills for Belizean entrepreneurs
  • Medical services day for the community – dentists, general doctor checkups, optometrists, AIDS/HIV education workshop etc.
  • General first aid courses (with certifications would be great, but not necessary
